So, today I ran 6.5 more miles--on the treadmill today given the cold temperatures. So, it was 52 minutes.
On my journey that puts me 39 miles along, somewhere along Old Taneytown Rd.
My primary observation today is that when I am lucky enough to have a house that is warm and a car that runs and a warm jacket, I can really enjoy the cold.
Bright blue skies.
Relatively quiet city as the schools opened 2 hours late and I was on my way to work at regular time.
And everything was just still.
Except for the wind that blew like crazy.
And I could just appreciate the strength of nature.
